Bobby Andrade

Owner | Founder | CPT

Bobby is a Licensed massage practitioner and Certified personal trainer with a strong emphasis on proper clean organic nutrition. He is the owner of Fortified Fitness in Renton, WA. 

For the last 21 years, Bobby has coached athletes in basketball from the Boys & Girls Clubs, AAU, Middle Schools and High Schools and worked with amateur and professional MMA, basketball, rugby, powerlifting and boxing athletes. He now dedicates his training to people of all ages and athletic levels in strength and conditioning, weight loss and rehabilitation.  

Bobby played just about every sport he could get his hands on growing up but focused on competitive basketball, which led him to the junior college level and 3 seasons on the pro-am level. 

Later, he then focused his attention to his first love, boxing, which led him to train in mixed martial arts for 10 years and competing in amateur tournaments. He currently practices boxing and wake-surfing as his number one hobbies. Bobby's love for sport, exercise and clean nutrition have become his devotion to the community.

 

Leanne Ciriaco - General Manager | ISSA CPT | Strength Coach

I’m a University of Washington graduate, an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and General Manager at Fortified Fitness. I have been active in sports for most of life, but was focused mostly in soccer from preschool, premier leagues and throughout 2-years at Bellevue College. I took a bad ankle injury my senior year in high school, which took me out of the game and thought I’d never play again. Determined to get back into playing again and just getting back into good health mentally and physically, I trained myself through taking Sports Conditioning classes, Sports Medicine classes and Weight Lifting classes. After about 1 year of dedicated training, I tried out for the Bellevue College Women’s Soccer team and made it on as a walk-on, and started.

My experiences have taught me that fitness is not just about physical strength but it’s about mental toughness. I follow a realistic approach when I teach my clients about real nutrition and fitness, as a Lifestyle for the long-term and I am passionate about guiding them through their journey every step of the way. I am a true believer that when you take care of yourself, you can take better care of others around you! So let’s begin with YOU.

Marylou Garcia - ASCM CPT | TRX COACH

My passion for health and fitness started at a young age as I participated in numerous sports throughout my childhood and into adolescence. I served in the Army while remaining active in volleyball and various team sports. With the addition of my second daughter, I committed myself to transforming my body and explored weight lifting, strength training, and bodybuilding competitions. My joy and confidence soared, so much so that it inspired me to assist others so they could feel the same.Whether your goal is to start an exercise program, increase strength and toning, weight loss or sports conditioning, I have the knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience to help you reach your goals.
