Dynamic Hybrid Training (hiit)

Unless otherwise notified, the schedule is the same every week:

Monday

6am-7am (1 HR CLASS)

7pm-8pm (1hr class)

Wednesday

6am-7am (1 hr class)

7pm-8pm (1hr class)

Friday

6am-7am (1hr class)

 

All participants of Fortified Fitness Classes must register and sign waiver agreement form before coming into class.
